What is the process like?
01.
QUESTIONNAIRE & DISCOVERY CALL
You will fill out a questionnaire that lets me know what your business is about and what you're looking for.
After review, we will schedule a free discovery call where I will get to know you, and your business, and answer any questions you might have.
02.
PACKAGES & PROPOSAL
After our call, I will send over a proposal that includes everything you will receive including content specifications, price, and any additions you want included in your package.
03.
CONTRACT & INVOICE
Once you have decided on a service and package that works for your business, I will send you a written contract that includes details like the scope of work, and payment schedule.

Once your contract is signed, I will provide you with an invoice based on the terms agreed upon in the contract. that is due immediately.
04.
ACCESS & INFORMATION GATHERING
Now comes the fun part! I'll gather your account logins, any current relevant analytics, brand guidelines and access to content you already have.

We will also set goals and define what success looks like to you.
05.
STRATEGY DEVELOPMENT
With all this info, I will craft a custom social media strategy tailored to your goals and target audience. Think of it as designing a roadmap for your online journey.

CONTENT REVIEW & APPROVAL
Once again, you will approve the content calendar that is scheduled and then we will proceed with the live posting.

The cycle of creating calendar, content approval, live posting, and monthly report will continue on for the duration of the contract.

MONTHLY REPORT & NEW CONTENT CALENDAR.
During the month I will be reviewing what did well and what we need to tweak for the following month and create a report for you.
I will then begin creating content for the next month based on the results in the past month.

POSTING GOES LIVE TO ALL PLATFORMS
Once you have approved all content on the calendar, I will begin the posting as scheduled.

I will then engage on your account, interact with followers, and those in your industry, and answer DMs, for the entirety of the month.

CONTENT REVIEW & APPROVAL
You will receive the content calendar 4 days before the end of the month to review the scheduled postings.

This is where you can make any changes if needed and feel at ease knowing the next month of posting is ready to go with a detailed strategy behind it.
06.
CONTENT CREATION & CONTENT CALENDAR
Based on the personalized strategy I have created, I will organize a content calendar. This lays out all the content a month in advance which will show you what gets posted when.

I then begin creating content for you (photos, carousels, reels, stories) or use professional photos you already have for your business to schedule one the calendar.
